Position Location Maintenance Manager Southern California Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Work with other department managers to plan, organize, lead, direct, control, and evaluate the maintenance of processing facilities 2) Develop and implement safety procedures 3) Plan and manage departmental budget 4) Direct preventive maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical systems 5) Develop measurement systems leading to efficiency improvements 6) Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment towards greater efficiency 7) Lead HACCP and food safety/quality systems within maintenance/electrical departments Requirements 1) Degree not required 2) Minimum 3-15 years’ experience with beverage background 3) Experience of welding and developing PM programs 4) Excellent knowledge of entire facility - Boilers, Chillers, Packaging, etc.
