Responsibilities
1) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize production loss 2) Develop direct reports to meet safety, productivity, cost, human resource, and staffing goals 3) Manage supervisors to produce quality product and meet productivity goals within cost standards 4) Establish departmental operating budgets 5) Act as a communication link among all departments to ensure company goals and objectives are met 6) Manage daily, weekly and monthly sanitation of the facility 7) Ensure all product orders are produced on time 8) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment
Requirements
1) Degree not required 2) Minimum 3-15 years’ experience with beverage background 3) Experience of Production Supervision/Management 4) Hands-on experience within the facility
