1) Handle hiring, scheduling, directing and monitoring of employees in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment 2) Ensure that quality, safety and production standards are met
Requirements
1) Experience in food manufacturing 2) Previous experience in canning (working with soup, chili, beans, stew and chowder) 3) Technical proficiency along with knowledge of safety and GMPs as well as excellent leadership skills in a unionized environment
