| Responsibilities |
1) Manage day-to-day operations of the Production Department
2) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss
3) Ensure all product orders are produced on time
4) Liaise with external customers and interact with Quality Assurance Department, Maintenance Department, etc.
5) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment |
| Requirements |
1) Minimum 5 years of production leadership experience in the food industry
2) Background in mass-produced baking operations
3) Potential skills to move into a Plant Manager's role at larger operations |
