Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Assist with development and implementation of quality programs
2) Audit execution of quality programs like allergen, sanitation and self-audits
3) Organize investigations to diagnose quality problems throughout the production process
4) Ensure that records and documentation are maintained
5) Investigate new technologies/applications to improve processes
6) Enhance quality/food safety programs
7) Improve MICS and HACCP score compliance
8) Manage technical staff and execute business plan objectives
9) Ensure that all internal and external audits are completed above acceptable levels
10) Work within framework of approved procedures, policies, processes and budgets
11) Implement and manage all quality initiatives |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Previous experience in the food industry and in conducting outside audits
3) Experience in canning a plus |
