Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Direct and lead staff in everyday scheduling, preventive maintenance and repairing of all production equipments
2) Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times
3) Source and order parts as well as maintain spare parts inventory
4) Ensure that provisions of collective bargaining agreement are understood and adhered to
5) Initiate training within the department
6) Participate in the process of hiring new employees
7) Develop and define maintenance structure with standardization of parts in equipment |
| Requirements |
1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
2) Experience in Lean Manufacturing and also in handling a Director-level position
3) Working experience in multiple facilities and in implementing process (baked good industry) with expertise in training, recruiting and capital planning |
