Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Oversee Quality Control, Lab, and Packaging as well as Product Handling Departments 2) Lead the development and implementation of quality programs 3) Audit execution of quality programs like allergen, sanitation, and self-audits 4) Organize investigations to diagnose quality problems throughout the production process 5) Ensure that records and documentation are maintained 6) Work as a plant contact person for customer inquiries, concerns, and audits 7) Investigate new technologies/applications to improve processes 8) Enhance quality/food safety programs 9) Improve MICS and HACCP score compliance 10) Manage technical staff and execute business plan objectives 11) Provide leadership/guidance to the HACCP Coordinator 12) Ensure that all internal and external audits are completed above acceptable levels 13) Work within framework of approved procedures, policies, processes and budgets 14) Implement and manage all quality initiatives |
| Requirements |
1) Strong quality background in a manufacturing facility 2) Previous experience in a similar role 3) Experience in overseeing multiple plants a plus |
