Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Develop preventative maintenance needs and requirement systems
2) Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems in a timely manner
3) Implement all OSHA-required training for the department
4) Oversee the continuous improvement process (PLCs and OSHA)
5) Implement program to measure performance of preventative maintenance, mechanic performance and equipment
6) Be on call when the plant is in operation |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Previous technical
experience in the food and beverage industry with expertise in preventative
maintenance as well as start-up and commissioning projects
3) Knowledge of PLC and other control systems |
