| Responsibilities |
1) Manage day-to-day operations of the Production Department
2) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss
3) Ensure that all product orders are produced on time
4) Liaise with external customers and interact with the Quality Assurance Department, Maintenance Department, etc.
5) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment |
| Requirements |
1) 3 – 5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing facility
2) Experience in HACCP, Lean Manufacturing and GMPs along with ability to
initiate these programs
3) Good communication skills and ability to interact well with team members |
