Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Review QA test information
2) Maintain inventory and document various food products
3) Receive and analyze test results from labs to ensure testing and release
4) Place products on hold when outside of specifications
5) Assist with shelf-life testing and studies
6) Document deviations of product and arrange samples to be sent to customers
7) Perform microbiological, pH and moisture tests (as needed)
8) Attend meetings, work closely with team members and assist with warehouse QA
9) Monitor and track consumer complaints
10) Provide assistance on research projects (as needed) |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) in Food Science or a related field
2) Experience in HACCP, GMPs and SOPs (food industry)
3) Experience in writing and preparing corporate quality programs as well as audits and manuals |
