Management
Responsibilities
1) Manage day-to-day operations of the Production Department 2) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss 3) Ensure that all product orders are produced on time 4) Liaise with external customers and interact with the Quality Assurance Department, Maintenance Department, etc. 5) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment
Requirements
1) Background in the food industry (bakery preferred) 2) Previous experience in a supervisory position 3) Experience in FDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP, TQM and IBC standards
