Management
Responsibilities
1) Work with other departmental managers to plan, organize, lead, direct, control and evaluate the maintenance of processing units 2) Develop and implement safety procedures 3) Plan and manage departmental budget 4) Direct the preventive maintenance/repair of machinery, equipment and electrical systems 5) Develop measurement systems leading to efficiency improvements 6) Plan and implement changes to machinery/equipment towards greater efficiency 7) Lead HACCP and food safety/quality systems within Maintenance and Electrical Departments
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) preferred 2) Background in food service (snacks and confectionery preferred) 3) Familiarity with horizontal wrapping machines, baggers, boilers
and PLC (electrical and mechanical)
