| Responsibilities |
1) Monitor supply and coordinate inventory/orders with all shifts and departments
2) Coordinate production needs with the planning group
3) Maintain GMPs at the highest levels
4) Ensure compliance with FDA quality requirements
5) Create an awareness of safety, quality, productivity, product and material losses as well as absenteeism
6) Handle all production programs and compliance |
| Requirements |
1) Previous experience in the baked goods industry (bread)
2) Good computer skills
3) Willingness to work in shifts
