Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Review QA test information
2) Provide communication paths
3) Maintain inventory and document various food products
4) Receive and analyze test results from labs to ensure testing and release
5) Place products on hold when specifications are not met
6) Assist with shelf life testing and studies
7) Document deviations of product and arrange samples to be sent to customers
8) Work with the Production and Manufacturing departments
9) Perform microbiological, pH and moisture tests (if needed) to assist the team
10) Attend meetings, work closely with team members and assist with warehouse QA
11) Monitor and track consumer complaints
12) Provide assistance on research projects (as needed) |
| Requirements |
1) Background in the bakery industry (cookies, biscuits, etc. preferred)
2) Minimum 3 years of experience in QA
3) Understanding of sanitation, HACCP, AIB and GMP |
