| Responsibilities |
1) Develop and implement safety procedures
2) Direct the preventive maintenance/repair of plumbing and electrical systems
3) Develop measurement systems leading to efficiency improvements
4) Plan and implement changes to the machinery/equipment towards greater
efficiency |
| Requirements |
1) Certified journeyman or electrician (highly
preferred)
2) Knowledge of HACCP and food safety/quality systems |
