Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Supervise the day-to-day operations of the
Cheese and Whey Departments
2) Direct the workforce involved in cheese and whey operation
3) Set schedules, determine production setups and work towards optimizing the production in the plant
4) Oversee cheese and whey plant production activities
5) Focus on opportunities to improve production potential through the use of all resources
6) Direct and participate in the continuous improvement system that engages employees in process improvement activities
7) Develop and communicate information related to production
8) Utilize technical skill to train and develop others
9) Ensure that all established procedures are followed without deviation
10) Utilize input from all employees to improve daily operations |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) in Business, Dairy, Science, Food Science or Microbiology
2) Background in cheese and/or whey products with production and processing experience
3) Strong management and leadership skills |
