| Responsibilities |
1) Oversee all aspects of sales in the region 2) Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies 3) Manage distributors, retailers and brokers 4) Establish, maintain and increase business with customers 5) Develop and gain opportunities to sell solutions to all targeted and potential accounts 6) Evolve effective account strategies and ensure closing of maximum orders 7) Complete short- and long-term forecast timing of order closing 8) Develop and manage relationships with representatives |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) preferred 2) Supervisory and leadership skills to grow and manage a team of sales representatives 3) Food manufacturing background (seafood preferred) with the ability to maintain current and new accounts |
