1) Achieve defined sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction 2) Deliver (effectively) required sales targets 3) Handle the sales process consistently and accurately 4) Maintain a high level of customer service and quality sales presentations 5) Keep abreast of sales information and materials 6) Support the company's marketing strategies 7) Attend and participate (actively) in all sales and training meetings 8) Set and review performance goals (weekly, monthly, and annually) |
| Requirements |
1) Knowledge of food and natural/organic baking 2) Excellent customer service skills 3) Organized, a good team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to work 5 days a week as well as with flexible timings |
