Position Location Whey Team Leader Nearest Metro City: Gooding, ID Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Assist the management in ensuring that plant productivity, quality and safety standards are met 2) Coordinate production within the budgeted parameters 3) Schedule and coordinate shifts and employees’ work schedules 4) Conduct audits to ensure that employees are performing tasks according to SOPs 5) Ensure compliance with government guidelines (USDA, FDA, etc.) 6) Perform inventory checks and sampling 7) Coordinate shipping with Logistics and Warehouse Departments 8) Provide performance coaching to hourly employees 9) Ensure that all equipment is running properly and coordinate repairs (as needed) 10) Conduct employee meetings 11) Supervise production workforce and assist with employment resolution 12) Manage in-process targets to ensure quality products Requirements 1) 3 – 5 years of related experience with excellent mathematical skills (discounts, percentages, etc.) 2) Previous experience in SOP, USDA and FDA 3) Excellent verbal communication skills along with proficiency in computer operation (databases, spreadsheets, etc.)
