Management
Responsibilities
1) Coordinate as well as troubleshoot new and current plant products/processes 2) Liaise with the plant management, R&D, Sales and the Whey Technology Director (regularly) 3) Interact (hands-on) with the plant management and personnel to troubleshoot issues on current and future processes and products 4) Work with plant personnel in a participative manner, to identify issues and conduct in-process research 5) Identify and implement process and system innovations as well as cost reduction projects 6) Conduct technical research to identify solutions and develop process innovations 7) Interpret technical data and create indicative reports using existing IT resources 8) Develop specifications, costing and SOPs for new products and processes 9) Lead the team and perform problem-solving activities
Requirements
1) BS in Food Science or Process Engineering 2) 5 – 7 years of experience in a dairy (production, technical or R&D) environment 3) Previous experience in whey drying
