Management
Responsibilities
1) Oversee production, warehouse, maintenance, and janitor supervisors 2) Maintain/improve the cost of operations on all production and distribution processes 3) Manage all manufacturing/distribution costs 4) Meet production demands for all sales channels on time (as per sales needs) 5) Maintain/improve productivity standards 6) Continue to track all productivity measurements 7) Set benchmarks and lead the team through steps to achieve them 8) Meet all demands for distribution of products on time as needed by sales channels 9) Ensure continued best value in terms of freight delivery costs for all sales channels 10) Anticipate future needs of production/distribution 11) Ensure improvement of quality for all manufactured items 12) Mentor/develop the Supervisory Team in concert with Human Resources 13) Ensure that production schedules and results are communicated to all plant staff 14) Oversee quality assurance, purchasing, and maintenance
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) 2) Minimum 7 years of food manufacturing and high-speed packaging experience (canning preferred) 3) Ability to handle QA, maintenance, and purchasing
