Responsibilities
1) Sustain current customer base 2) Increase sales to existing customers 3) Bring in new business through the development and management of a team 4) Ensure that the team executes the sales function 5) Oversee high-level selling and account development 6) Manage a complex sales process involving multiple stakeholders such as Marketing, R&D, and Production 7) Develop a management process that is highly effective in leading a remote workforce 8) Lead the Marketing Team 9) Ensure that the marketing and sales processes are integrated and optimized 10) Work closely with the current VP of Marketing and Communications, and with other senior managers 11) Lead a Sales and Marketing Team to develop new relationships with major manufacturers
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) 2) 10+ years of experience in selling ingredients to the food, health food, and Omega-3 industries 3) Ability to coach, mentor, and drive the Sales Team (globally) as well as the willingness to travel
