Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Support HACCP, Food Safety Operations, Quality and R&D 2) Ensure that food safety standards and regulations are met consistently 3) Oversee development, implementation, maintenance, quarterly validation of HACCP plans and training 4) Manage the corporate plan 5) Serve as a lead in food safety crisis management 6) Assist with proper material handling (as related to food safety) 7) Support Engineering in start up/validation of new equipment and revisions to current processes |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) 2) Food safety expert with HACCP certification (development and validation of HACCP plans as well as training) 3) 10 – 15 years of experience in QA or experience in food safety risk management and good knowledge of processes |
