1) Develop human resources policies and procedures
2) Establish performance management, improvement and grading systems
3) Set up and administer compensation and benefits
4) Handle recruiting and staffing needs
5) Provide employee orientation, development and training
6) Oversee/manage employees and communicate effectively
7) Develop an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvements and high performance |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry (meat preferred)
3) Union experience (multiple union facility preferred) with HR management background |
