Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Supervise the day-to-day operations of all products
2) Direct the workforce involved in confectionery operations
3) Set schedules, determine production setups and work towards optimizing the production
4) Oversee confectionery production activities
5) Focus on opportunities to improve production potential through the use of all resources
6) Direct and participate in the continuous improvement system that engages employees in process improvement activities
7) Develop and communicate information related to production
8) Utilize technical skill to train and develop others
9) Ensure that all established procedures are followed without deviation
10) Utilize input from all employees to improve daily operations |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) preferred
2) Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the food industry (chocolate/confectionery preferred)
3) Excellent communication and leadership (hands-on leader) skills along with ability to handle many roles |
