| Responsibilities |
1) Ensure the quality of product and services by testing product
2) Audit product lines 3) Place defective products on hold and take corrective action 4) Manage QA programs and the department by upholding quality programs’ expectations and standards, scheduling, personnel and shipments 5) Administer the department’s budget to ensure proper allocation of resources
6) Supervise direct reports 7) Oversee sanitation programs 8) Handle customer complaints 9) Inform supervisors and departments about holds and discrepancies
10) Complete weekly, monthly and other various reports by maintaining bill of
materials, hold logs, etc. 11) Perform other duties as assigned |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) 2) Minimum 5 years of experience in flour-based food or flour milling 3) Experience in managing a Quality Department along with strong leadership skills |
