| Responsibilities |
1) Direct and coordinate activities of fleet operations function
2) Oversee delivery of product and back hauling of inbound inventory
3) Manage activities and tasks of supervisors, routers as well as clerical support
4) Develop strategic direction for the department to meet all divisional goals of customer satisfaction, productivity standards, labor scheduling, etc.
5) Follow-up with the sales force and customer service representatives regarding deliveries
6) Ensure team members adhere to all company standards, policies and procedures as well as follow and implement DOT and OSHA regulations |
| Requirements |
1) 7 years of experience in the foodservice industry
2) Union management experience
3) Locally placed – Chicago/Illinois |
