| Responsibilities |
1) Manage day-to-day operations of the Production Department
2) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss
3) Ensure all product orders are produced on time
4) Liaise with external customers and interact with the Quality Assurance Department, Maintenance Department, etc.
5) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment |
| Requirements |
1) Minimum 5 years of experience with 3+ years in production/operations management in the food industry
2) Experience in procurement and inventory preferred
3) Background in GMP, HACCP and SOP |
