| Responsibilities |
1) Manage day-to-day operations of the Production Department
2) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss
3) Ensure all product orders are produced on time
4) Liaise with external customers and interact with the Quality Assurance Department, Maintenance Department, etc.
5) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment |
| Requirements |
1) BS
2) Food manufacturing background with knowledge of HACCP and GMPs
3) Excellent supervisory and people skills as well as fluency in Spanish a plus |
