Management
Responsibilities
1) Work with other department managers to plan, organize, lead, direct, control, and evaluate the maintenance of processing facility 2) Develop and implement safety procedures 3) Plan and manage departmental budget 4) Direct preventive maintenance and repairing of machinery, equipment, and electrical systems 5) Develop measurement systems leading to efficiency improvements 6) Plan and implement changes to machinery as well as equipment towards greater efficiency 7) Lead HACCP and food safety/quality systems within Maintenance/Electrical Departments
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) 2) Minimum 5 years of management experience in the food industry 3) Experience in Ammonia processes and working in a unionized plant
