Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Solicit and sell to established customers 2) Investigate new sales opportunities and actively solicit business from potential customers
3) Liaise with Quality Assurance to ensure prompt resolution of customer
complaints 4) Work with Customer Service in updating customer contact database and assist Customer Service in enhancing customer contact 5) Develop and maintain knowledge of new and existing products as well as the products offered by competitors 6) Represent the company at trade shows and industry meetings
7) Develop and maintain good working relationships with Production Department 8) Quote prices and establish credit terms with customers as well as arrange for the collection of accounts 9) Develop and implement sales plans as well as budgets 10) Complete sales reports and other documentation (as required) |
| Requirements |
1) Diploma (2 year) 2) 3+ years of experience in sales or account management (in a food/beverage company) 3) Background in selling into food service/bakery (customer base preferred) with willingness to travel and work out of home office |
