About our client
Our client is a privately owned ice-cream cake manufacturer. The company has been in operation for over 25 years and employs 250 people.
Position Location
Regional Operations Manager Nearest Metro City: Orlando, FL
Salary Reports to
Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Management
Responsibilities
1) Ensure the daily delivery of products to customers within quality and cost guidelines
2) Manage inventory effectively and rotate perishable inventory
3) Establish effective operational processes that promote understanding and cooperation between various functions
4) Handle Operations’ budgetary development and supervision
5) Communicate daily with customers, resolve issues and process credits
6) Measure operations with performance metrics
7) Establish safety protocols and practices and manage results
8) Manage route sales supervisors
9) Work closely with Operations Sales Team and Manufacturing
10) Assist with forecasting (rollout of new items)
11) Optimize and add new routes for delivery
Requirements
1) Degree (2 year)
2) Minimum 5 years of experience in DSD and proficiency in computers (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
3) Superb leadership skills and willingness to travel – overnight stay (up to 75%)
