Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Manage day-to-day operations of the Production Department
2) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss
3) Ensure all product orders are produced on time
4) Liaise with external customers and interact with the Quality Assurance Department, Maintenance Department, etc.
5) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment
6) Ensure preventative maintenance of equipment and machinery
7) Review production cost and quality
8) Manage overall safety and performance on the production floor |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) 10+ years of experience in bakery including 5+ years of management expertise (managing over 75 people)
3) Proficiency in MS Office |
