| Responsibilities |
1) Manage day-to-day operations of the Production Department
2) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss
3) Ensure all product orders are produced on time
4) Liaise with external customers and interact with the Quality Assurance Department, Maintenance Department, etc.
5) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 10 years of hands-on production experience in a food-processing environment and expertise in MRP software, GMPs, USDA, HACCP and AIB
3) Chocolate/confectionery background and technical aptitude |
