Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Oversee facilities and plant personnel
2) Handle plant customer relations
3) Oversee plant operations, plant quality and maintenance
4) Ensure plant is producing feed as per all established policies and procedures
5) Oversee all plant customer service and customer-service training
6) Work with all other departments to ensure efficient plant operation
7) Ensure that the plant is operating within all OSHA and FDA standards
8) Establish and implement the plant succession plan
9) Ensure that plant adheres to company quality system |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 7 years of experience in a pre-mix plant facility
3) Experience in a pet food facility preferred |
