Position Location Quality Systems Manager Nearest Metro City: Georgetown, ON Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Lead development and implementation of quality programs 2) Oversee the mentoring, training and coaching of direct reports, indirect reports, and Operations personnel 3) Collect, interpret data and issue reports of findings and trends 4) Maintain and enhance quality programs 5) Interact with customers 6) Develop overall plant QA program 7) Enhance quality/food safety programs 8) Ensure that outgoing products conform to established quality parameters, regulatory requirements, and food safety requirements 9) Manage technical staff and effectively execute business plan objectives Requirements 1) Degree (4 year) 2) Minimum 5 years of experience with expertise in regulatory compliance, allergen control, and product development trials 3) Knowledge of GMP, SOP, HACCP, and quality assurance programs
