Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Work with other department managers to plan and organize the maintenance of processing units
2) Develop and implement safety procedures
3) Plan and manage the departmental budget
4) Direct the preventive maintenance/repair of machinery, equipment and electrical systems
5) Develop measurement systems leading to efficiency improvements
6) Plan and implement changes to machinery/equipment towards greater efficiency
7) Lead HACCP and food safety/quality systems within Maintenance and Electrical Departments |
| Requirements |
1) 4+ years of experience in a Maintenance Supervisor's role
2) Experience in supervising people as well as in scheduling
3) Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical and general machines |
