About our client
Our client is a privately owned beef processor. The company has been in operation for more than 25 years and employs over 1000 people.
Position Location
Harvest Foreman Nearest Metro City: Green Bay, WI
Salary Reports to
Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Management
Responsibilities
1) Work with live cattle
2) Drive, knock and shackle cattle
3) Remove the skin of cattle and prepare for complete hide removal (including stomach and intestines)
4) Split beef and cut carcass in half
5) Remove flawed beef from carcass
6) Store in hot and cold bags as well as pack the meat
Requirements
1) 4+ years of experience as a Harvest Supervisor
2) Experience in supervising people
3) Knowledge of all machinery associated with harvesting
