| Responsibilities |
1) Achieve budgeted goals for revenue, business income and balance sheet management
2) Ensure all employees provide a level of customer service that routinely exceeds expectations of customers
3) Drive business towards profitable growth
4) Handle all profit and loss related activities
5) Monitor labor utilization and control their usage
6) Motivate and recognize contribution of branch personnel to establish team culture
7) Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and problem areas
8) Respond to difficult customer inquiries and/or unusual situations
9) Manage efficient routing of deliveries and service calls
10) Prepare business forecasts and budgets
11) Manage branch payables, inventory and receivables
12) Adhere to and uphold all company safety guidelines and safe work practices |
| Requirements |
1) 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
2) Background in the food and beverage industry
3) Enthusiastic sales leader with a drive to succeed |
