| Responsibilities |
1) Manage day-to-day operations of the Production Department
2) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss
3) Ensure all product orders are produced on time
4) Liaise with external customers and interact with the Quality Assurance Department, Maintenance Department, etc.
5) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) 5 – 7 years of experience in food (meat) production management and expertise in training supervisors to become future managers
3) Knowledge of HACCP, USDA and GMPs |
