Responsibilities
1) Lead development and implementation of quality programs
2) Oversee the mentoring, training and coaching of direct reports, indirect
reports, and Operations personnel 3) Collect and interpret data as well as issue reports of findings and trends 4) Maintain and enhance quality programs 5) Interact with customers 6) Develop overall plant QA program 7) Enhance quality/food safety programs 8) Ensure that outgoing products conform to established quality parameters as well as regulatory and food safety requirements 9) Manage technical staff and effectively execute business plan objectives
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) 2) Minimum 5 years of previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing 3) Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other regulations
