| Responsibilities |
1) Oversee on-going projects and assist with improving manufacturing efficiencies (install PM, maintenance and repair)
2) Ensure repairs, maintenance and installation of machines, tools as well as equipment for continuous production operations
3) Oversee subordinate staff and review jobs/work orders to determine work
priorities
4) Review production, quality control and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities
5) Assist with developing preventative maintenance program to ensure uninterrupted operation of plants
6) Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance to operational standards
7) Handle work assignment management and oversee personnel performance of staff technicians
8) Review time sheets and resolve all time-sheet issues |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 5 years of working experience in ammonia refrigeration as well as meat processing and packaging machinery
3) Proven success as a leader with demonstrated ability to handle additional duties |
