Management
Responsibilities
1) Supervise day-to-day activities of the assigned department 2) Provide guidance and training to hourly workforce to ensure that safety, production, quality assurance and supply chain goals are met 3) Meet schedule commitments on a timely basis by producing sufficient finished products to meet sales requirements within quality and cost goals 4) Resolve (proactively) employee-disciplinary issues/concerns with assistance from Manager/HR 5) Plan, organize and implement QA function on the assigned shift 6) Support the plant’s good manufacturing program and participate in monthly audits 7) Ensure timely and accurate shipments of orders, receipt of materials and production reporting 8) Follow all sanitation, communication, safety, quality and employee-relations programs 9) Prepare and submit all required reports on a timely basis 10) Oversee maintenance of warehouse and handle inventory control 11) Manage approximately 6 technicians
Requirements
1) Diploma (2 year) 2) Minimum 5 years of experience combined with good technical knowledge 3) Valid driver’s license with a clean record
