| Responsibilities |
1) Work closely with the Sales Team and develop effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets 2) Assess the market and competitors' situation 3) Suggest the necessary sales programs (to management) to achieve targets 4) Train the Sales Team to achieve company objectives 5) Develop new market territories through distribution channels to promote products 6) Deliver sales presentations to key clients 7) Evaluate new market segments to develop sales strategies and marketing plans 8) Monitor accounts receivables and sales transactions 9) Prepare reports and budgets |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) 2) Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative with ability to move into Sales Manager's role 3) Ability to energize and bring the company to the next level and motivate the Sales Team as well as fluency in English (mother tongue French) |
