Management
Responsibilities
1) Manage the logistics pipeline as a synchronized integrated process, from raw material supply to finished goods distribution 2) Develop methods and procedures for transportation of raw materials to processing and production areas along with commodities from suppliers to customers, warehouses or other storage facilities 3) Communicate with Purchasing, Customer Service and Production Scheduling to ensure product, driver and equipment availability to meet customer needs 4) Ensure that products are consistently made available to meet customer requirements 5) Track key performance indicators/cost 6) Train others on warehouse cost impact on total business results 7) Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including loading processes, inventory and settlement 8) Provide training on logistical process
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) preferred 2) 5+ years of experience in a similar role
