| Responsibilities |
1) Provide strategic direction and support to the Operations Leadership Team
2) Ensure optimum production and quality are achieved
3) Monitor and maximize plant efficiency in order to ensure KPIs are consistently met
4) Collaborate extensively with the Strategic Leadership Team
5) Identify/design/oversee continuous improvement projects and share accountability for an annual operating budget
6) Develop coordinating team members through coaching and providing feedback |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)/MBA
2) Minimum 4 years of experience in the pet food industry
3) Knowledge of team development, personal/professional growth, project management, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), utilities and capital projects |
