| Responsibilities |
1) Work one on one with farmer customers to: build productive, long-term business relationships; learn about their business; identify opportunities to help them succeed
2) Sell grain and crop input solutions and manage the account to the benefit of
the customer and company 3) Sales, marketing, and community relation's activities such as grower meetings, supplier meetings, community events, field tours, and other promotional activities 4) Work with customer database and account information and identify marketing opportunities, do territory plans and contribute to regional sales plan |
| Requirements |
1) Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills 2) Knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety and Operations standards 3) Strong problem solving, decision-making and organizational skills 4) Specialized knowledge of grain and crop input products 5) Specialized knowledge of grain handling and grain quality management 6) Minimum 5 years experience in an agricultural service business environment 7) Previous experience leading or managing people |
