Position Location Accounting Supervisor Nearest Metro City: Montreal, QC Salary Reports to Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Controller Responsibilities 1) Manage the core financial processes including P&L closing, balance sheet reconciliation, budget, foreign currency exchange, short term debt, tax issues, A/P process 2) Define and improve accounting processes and procedures as required to meet business needs and ensure a strong system of internal controls are in place 3) Manage and develop administrative and accounting staff 4) Play an active role on the management team to enable the Business Unit to achieve its short and long term goals Requirements 1) Completion of an accounting designation or degree with 5 years experience in accounting and finance 2) High level of commitment 3) Strong communication, analytical and decision making skills 4) Ability to work independently 5) Ability to speak and write English and French fluently
