1) Oversee daily operational activities of the company 2) Manage day-to-day operations 3) Adhere to all food safety/sanitation regulations 4) Investigate and recommend new methods of improving operations, enhancing efficiency, and expanding markets 5) Manage operational budgets 6) Maintain all required certifications 7) Ensure compliance with all regulating agencies 8) Handle all P&L duties
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) preferred 2) Must have
minimum 10 years of experience in dairy or related food Industry 3) Strong technical skills with experience in budgets, P&L responsibility, finance, quality, production, etc
