Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Plan and manage the Operations Division
2) Establish, implement and monitor policies and procedures for effective and efficient operation of assigned areas
3) Lead long and short-term planning effort for operations
4) Develop, implement and monitor procedures and practices
5) Respond to various operational problems and determine appropriate action or resolutions
6) Develop and establish department policies and code revisions
7) Assist in short- and long-range planning of operations and administrative divisions
8) Manage special projects or studies to meet the overall direction and objectives |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 years) preferred
2) Must have strong engineering background
3) Must have strong analytical and communication skills
4) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus |
